~Story~

  • Founded by Jess, an online coordinator who wanted to connect with people and find out about the different career paths they take.

  • The idea of 'Parichaya' was formed around 2015 as a networking club but that didn't span out, fast forward to 2020, we looked back at the idea during lockdown and decided to take a leap, supported by friends and amazing guests we connected with.  

  • The goal is to create a community for helping out people who are researching a career choice or wants to know how their career can span out.

Hello from the founder! 

Jess loves connecting with people and talking about the different roles and experiences they go through professionally. She wanted to create Parichaya to help others navigate the world of work by introducing them to the people who have been there.

Beside Parichaya, her daily work involves managing brands' online retail and  marketing channels. Apart from that she is obsessed with her dog and true crime podcast.
